SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our customers are important to us and we want each and every one of you to be happy with our candles but due to the nature of our product we are currently not accepting returns at this time.  However if your candle has been damaged during shipping and you can send us photographic proof within 7 days of receiving your order we’d be happy to replace your candle.

Any additional charges incurred at the border are the responsibility of the buyer.


We are currently offering shipping in Canada at a flat rate of $10 if your order is valued under $75 before taxes.

All out of country orders will be shipped via Canada Post or Canpar (which ever is more economical).  You will be notified by email the amount of shipping prior to shipping at which time we will wait for your confirmation before we ship.
